Chapter 2 Devlog!
Hello there and happy new year! Sure has been a while hasn’t it? Chapter 2 finally released and I am sure everyone is wondering why this took so long to make, considering it isn’t all too long. Well it mostly boils down to me not being all too good at planning things, but also everyone being busy at different times. Life happened a lot to many people on the team. My entire summer was basically booked out for trips, visiting people and the like and when I had time for myself I didn’t have the energy to keep on working on the VN.
This year I’m trying to keep that number a little lower, while investing more time into developing the VN quicker.
With some of the future chapters needing fewer assets, the coming chapters will be out in a much shorter time.
After all, there is much ground to cover.
If we manage to get a more steady release schedule going I would also like to open up a Patreon, or something similar, to get some more support for the project. Assets do cost money. A lot of it.
This would come with some extra paperwork (thank you Germany), so I’d really have to feel like we can give proper and regular updates. Whats next? Upnext are two more chapters on the “prologue” route, both a little on the shorter side and after that we’ll finally start with the routes! Again, there will be an A and a B route, that will be developed in parallel first and then finished off individually. Many more fun characters, custom backgrounds for locations that will have a longer stay and wonderful music by our wonderful artists.
I don’t have much more to say, hope you enjoy the extra pinch of worldbuilding I felt inspired to add. There will be more, of course, but I originally wanted to add that kinda stuff much later.
Going forward I’ll also try to be a little more active on social media. After everything happened, I made an account on Blusky but kept it inactive, I’ll try to give some updates whenever they are relevant though, that will keep you updated and see we are still working, with varying activity.

Kemmy - Hey y'all Kemmuono here! First off, I wanted to say a happy belated new year to everyone of you! My apologies for also the long wait for this build. Life happened and I am back in college studying a different course. But this is for good reason, as I am taking baby steps to finally take control of my life.
I am so excited for you guys to read the next build of our VN. For this one, I helped out in making some of the sprites and I cannot wait for you to encounter them.
For upcoming builds, I will put more love and passion to them than what I already have. I have improved in backgrounds since then and I am so ready to create more for the VN and for you guys to see! I hope I can deliver.
As Zhangken and company finally venture out to discover more secrets of the unknown Old World, they would surely go through numerous plains and environments. There would be sceneries that will leave you immersed and feel like you are travelling with the gang. Ooh I seriously cannot wait for you guys to see what we, the dev team, will be cooking in the next builds!

Did something happen with the MAC version
